I scheduled a maintenance service on-line for my 2021 Subaru Legacy selected a 10:30a appointment time I waited more than 3 hours for my general maintenance inspection. I had called because I wanted 2 more keys. They would call me back when they had them but then didn't. Then my service light came on so I called and said I only want to come if I can get my They would call me back when they had them but then didn't. Then my service light came on so I called and said I only want to come if I can get my keys. I came and left the truck and came back after work. I was told to sit and wait. They were having trouble programming the keys. Then it turned out they were working on the wrong truck. They hadn't touched my truck the whole day. I had to come back the next day. I did receive a significant discount - free keys -- I appreciated that but how can this happen? Crazy and ridiculous. A broken system for sure. More
