It is a money making scheme. I was overcharged for brakes and it was not explained to me at all, was asked to pay 2000 for front and back brakes on 2019 Subaru Outback. I booked my appointment online for regular maintenance and noted that my headlight was out and would like the headlight replaced. I confirmed when I dropped off with the agent Bryce that I wanted the head and noted that my headlight was out and would like the headlight replaced. Bryce upsold me on some additional high mileage services and neglected to put the headlight replacement on the list. I did not notice that he had left it off the estimate. He said the cars would be ready in 4 hours or he would call. I waited 6 hours and had not heard back. I called him and he said 2 more hours. I arrived at the time. The car was not done but finishing up. When he checked out the car he noted the headlight was out and recommended replacement. I reminded him that I had requested it. He said I had not authorized it and told me to come back another day and they would repair. I have previously had great experiences at Downtown but the service has gotten worse recently. More

The service center was unable to program my key/fob lock system, said the only option was another hour or more to diagnose the problem. When I brought the car in for the first appointment, they had no record of my ordering new keys and fobs and no record of my appointment. This after I received a phone message that the keys and fobs were delivered and I had a text message confirming the appointment. More
