Kevin Goh is knowledgeable, affable, and thorough. Long story short Kevin & his staff assesses the tire was still unreliable and ordered a new replacement tire that they received and installed on the same day. The service was good however I only had a regular maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. I had made an Appointment for 7:15 AM and thought it shouldn’t take that long so I would wa maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. After three hours I finally asked the service person where my car was and it was still being worked on, which means they probably just started working on it. Why have appointments if there’s no one able to work on the car immediately?? More
The advisor Raymond was helpful and explained the cost in detail. They provided a free rental for me to use since my service would be overnight. Definitely a 5 star experience even during covid! I am always fortunate to get Vern Chao as my service advisor who is friendly, patient, professional, respectful and will answer questions I may have...I a always fortunate to get Vern Chao as my service advisor who is friendly, patient, professional, respectful and will answer questions I may have...I appreciate he keeps me up to date on time and recommendations needed without any hard sell. My recent visit was the first taking their “shuttle” to and from work was a great experience as well...I believe Alex was the driver in the morning with Mike picking me up in the afternoon...BOTH friendly, engaging and have to add great drivers! I rarely take any shuttle as I tend to get motion sickness and these guys made it a very pleasant ride and flew by with conversation! I made it a point to get their names as they represent Toyota and just impressed with the customer service here! Thanks to all 3 and all staff that made this visit seamless and quick. **CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED BEFORE YOU CAN SEE/TEST DRIVE CARS** I am first time car buyer with excellent credit and headed to Downtown Toyota with the intention of buying my first car. I made an appointment in advance and was instructed to ask for a specific salesperson when I arrived. Upon arrival, I was rushed inside to get my temperature taken while at least 3 employees walked around without masks. I was then helped by someone who was not the salesperson assigned to me over the phone. After completing a lengthy questionnaire and being transparent about what I was looking for, the salesman took my paperwork to the manager and returned asking to run a credit check before I could see or test drive cars. This is a strange request and I have never experienced this at other dealerships. I am curious to know if this is the treatment all customers receive or just black women? This is a predatory environment and I would not recommend visiting this dealership to anyone. More
