Brought our 2014 Forester down to check on the AT oil temp light. Turned out the transmission valve case was bad and needed replacement. The good news was that it was covered under the emissions warranty temp light. Turned out the transmission valve case was bad and needed replacement. The good news was that it was covered under the emissions warranty! They gave us a loaner car for a day and the work was done in a timely fashion. The best part was that it was all free! Shuttle service is really bad. Not having the correct information up front about services is not good customer service and misleading. The fact that it takes 6 hours for an oil change should be reason enough. I also was quoted a 12pm timeframe for completion and my car wasn’t ready until close to 3pm only after I CALLED to follow up. I al be reason enough.
