Well, it was a problem that came up out of nowhere on the freeway as I was driving home. Fortunately Oakland Subaru is on the way so I stopped in. They were able to schedule me in the next day, and they h freeway as I was driving home. Fortunately Oakland Subaru is on the way so I stopped in. At the end of the next day, I swung in, swapped cars and I was on my way home. Everyone there was nice and helpful and very much on top of things. I had the incredibly frustrating experience of arriving at 8:55 for my appointment and then waiting over an hour before being checked in.
