Britt has been an absolute joy to work with, she has gone above and beyond expectations when it comes to customer service. I had originally brought in my car (this time) for a new battery, a plug in the tire above and beyond expectations when it comes to customer service. I had originally brought in my car (this time) for a new battery, a plug in the tire, issues with the infotainment system/an update. I got the car back the following day and the car had the same issue regarding the infotainment system and now the auto up/down stopped working on the drivers window. She apologized profusely and had been working tirelessly to make things right! She got me another appointment right away and made sure I didn’t have to continue using BART to get to and from the service center by securing me a loaner car. Overall a fantastic experience with working with her, just not so much with my 2020 Legacy lemon. More
