Awful experience coordinating the pick up of my new car key. No communication between parts and service department and then I was told it was my fault for not calling the right person even though all day l key. No communication between parts and service department and then I was told it was my fault for not calling the right person even though all day long I was told I was going to be called by the service manager. They were very disorganized and no one ever called me, so I kept calling every couple hours. Shocking customer service. They actually had my key delivered and in front of them for 3 hours before they realized whose key it was. The guy on the phone even said “I’m so sorry I’m an idiot it’s right in front of me”. I appreciate the $45 discount, but the whole day was inconvenient. I was immediately dismissed by the guy at the end of the day when I came in to pay. He showed no interest in keeping me as a customer, which I would be because I live so close to this place. Overall, it was a bad experience and it was all because of a lack of communication between departments. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. More

Made an emergency call on my way to work about tire with low pressure. Rich’s team removed the nail, patched the tire and got me back on the road within an hour. I was able to work from the waiting room wit low pressure. Rich’s team removed the nail, patched the tire and got me back on the road within an hour.
