Made an appointment. Oil Change w/dealer coupon that included tire rotation, fluid top off, and multi-point vehicle inspection. Incorrect Syn oil grade. 27 Pt. free inspection report attached to invoice was for another vehicle (wrong VIN and mileage). Oil filter to engine mount not wiped cleaned after installation of unmarked filter canister. Tire rotation and fluid top off not performed. Did perform tire pressure check. Gave this dealership a second chance from previous work. Service Department lacking in attention to detail on a simple straight-forward service. Unfortunately, they will not earn a third visit. More
