Service tech, after getting a mechanic inspection of the car, gave me one price over the phone, but when I showed up to pick up the car, he wrote down a smaller amount on the estimate. They diagnosed but were not able to fix my car. After going to this service center for almost 20 years, they didn’t want to give me a ride home while my car was in the shop.
