I watched as a customer walked in and 3 men sitting behind their desks scrolling on their personal phones didn’t want to look up to help the person. Finally, one of the service reps asked what the cust behind their desks scrolling on their personal phones didn’t want to look up to help the person. Finally, one of the service reps asked what the customer needed and seemed disinterested and distracted the whole time. When I returned to pick up my car I experienced the same treatment with several employees sitting behind their desks on their phones as if they were waiting each other out to see see who would look up from his phone first. Also, each time I visit my brake measurements vary drastically which makes me feel that I can’t trust this dealership’s assessment. More
Customer since 2015. I went in for oil change/usual maintenance. The bill was $450. This is double what they charged the previous time. I showed the itemized list to a private mechanic who noted I was overcharged by at least $200. Unacceptable. They lost me as their customer after 8 yrs. Sadly, they won’t miss my patronage. Oh, and my car is in perfect condition with very few miles. Absolute robbery. Not how to take care of your loyal customers. As a single mom, I can no longer afford to have a simple oil change and inspection at Toyota. Not to be believed. More

I arrived to pick up my car and stood in line with 4 others whose designated service professional was no where to be found. There was one poor guy trying to handle everything even though he had no idea others whose designated service professional was no where to be found.
