The man who helped me was understanding of my problem. I ran over something that flattened my tire and drove from 24th and Broadway to Toyota to get it repaired. The car was ready on time. We were told there was leak in the valve cover but we got a 2nd opinion and it was not true. We were quoted $1500 to fix it. After service, the oil plug was loose, not tightened properly, it was easily unscr a 2nd opinion and it was not true. We were quoted $1500 to fix it. After service, the oil plug was loose, not tightened properly, it was easily unscrewed by hand. The time we are told the car will be ready is AWLAYS off about 45-60 minutes. More
