Brought the car in for diagnosis and checkup, was told to replace a $1200 fuel line and that would keep the vehicle running, turns out the problem was more complicated and would cost more after the fact. The process felt rushed and I was left with a vehicle unsafe to drive. I would have appreciated the mechanic explaining the full range of what needed to be done to keep the car on the street. More

Quincy took care of me, and rode shotgun for my test drive pointing out features, etc. JD is a wizard on the finance end--just watch hi process easy.
