The service was good however I only had a regular maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. I had made an Appointment for 7:15 AM and thought it shouldn’t take that long so I would wa maintenance done which took over three hours to complete. Definitely a 5 star experience even during covid! My recent visit was the first taking their “shuttle” to and from work was a great experience as well...I believe Alex was the driver in the morning with Mike picking me up in the afternoon...BOTH friendly, engaging and have to add great drivers! I rarely take any shuttle as I tend to get motion sickness and these guys made it a very pleasant ride and flew by with conversation! I made it a point to get their names as they represent Toyota and just impressed with the customer service here! Thanks to all 3 and all staff that made this visit seamless and quick.
