Shuttle service is really bad. Not having the correct information up front about services is not good customer service and misleading. The fact that it takes 6 hours for an oil change should be reason enough. I also was quoted a 12pm timeframe for completion and my car wasn’t ready until close to 3pm only after I CALLED to follow up. I al be reason enough.
