Exemplary Customer Service - Jordan Byrd Your Service Advisor, Jordan Byrd, was waiting for my arrival in that I have, for over a year, been experiencing a tire pressure problem with my vehic Your Service Advisor, Jordan Byrd, was waiting for my arrival in that I have, for over a year, been experiencing a tire pressure problem with my vehicle. I explained to him that I had made many visits and all I get is air added to my tires. My Byrd had the service dept to inspect all the tires and valves and found that there was a slow leak in one of my tires. It took about 5 trips, but I am satisfied that he LISTENED and got the problem RESOLVED. Please send him a special THANK YOU for exemplary customer service. More
AVOID DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE NISSAN FOR SALES AND SERVICE! If I could give this place a complete ZERO I would! I will NEVER buy another car or have any service done at Downtown Nashville Nissan! They complet If I could give this place a complete ZERO I would! I will NEVER buy another car or have any service done at Downtown Nashville Nissan! They completely screwed me over on a recall repair that they refused to make right. They also falsified my repair records.... stating that I had requested repairs in the past, when I absolutely did not. They even had the nerve to call me to buy a new car while my car was being repaired, and "new" problems kept being found. That makes me wonder if they were damaging my car just to get me to buy a new one, because of large repair bills. In the past, they claimed to have fixed a problem that I asked them to repair. They called to say the repair had been completed, when I came back to get my car, NOTHING had been touched. The service department employees are extremely rude and not very knowledgeable.... this is definitely evident from reading the other reviews on this site. They make up answers just to get you to go away, but the answers are ALWAYS in their favor. I know that's part of a car dealership, but this place definitely goes a step further to make the experience even worse. Do yourself and a favor and skip this dealership. They don't back up their service repairs; you will be spammed with their constant e-mails, even after you request to be removed from their list over and over; and get sketchy service when you bring your car in for repairs. There are plenty of other nissan dealerships in Nashville, so save yourself the trouble and go to those! More
I brought my 350z a couple of months ago. Matt Giorgio was extraordinary in his service! I love my z. The service center is ok. When I brought my Z a rattling noise would be made in the back of the car. A was extraordinary in his service! I love my z. The service center is ok. When I brought my Z a rattling noise would be made in the back of the car. As of today (03-27-14) the noise is still being made. I've taken it back a whopping total of 12 times... The service departments turn over/around time is at an all time high. I would purchase a car from this location, but would get service elsewhere ... More

The engine on this vehicle caught on fire and burned (total loss) while I was driving it. My vehicle was only serviced by the Downtown Nashville Nissan service department. Then why are they tucking tail and running when I try to address this issue with them. I called the service Manager, he told me he couldn't do anything unless it was approved by Nissan North America. Nissan North America told me the Dealerships were privately owned and they didn't have any say on what they did...... I also purchased 2 other Nissan vehicles from this Dealership. 2003 Frontier and 2007 Nissan Versa. There is an electrical issue with 2007-2009 Nissan Versa's, the Dealership will not respond to me concerns regarding the electical issue that causes the engine to stop running and catch on fire. I am requesting Downtown Nashville Nissan or Nissan North America to replace my vehicle because they were aware of the serious engine issue. More
This is my very first time ever writing a bad review but this place warrants it. I sent my car in to be serviced for a slight hesitation issue. I was told that a certain part needed to be replaced. I'm not this place warrants it. I sent my car in to be serviced for a slight hesitation issue. I was told that a certain part needed to be replaced. I'm not too keen on the part so I say go ahead and do it. I was told there was not enough time to repair it that day and said fine Ill come back the following day. They try to discourage me by telling me it would be best to leave the car there. I tell them I don't have a way home and to give me my car. Well, when they bring the car back around its jerking worse then before and not only that, the check engine light is now FLASHING (wasn't even on before). The car is not drivable. I'm forced to leave it. They fix the misfire issue and give me back my car the next day only to find that now the check engine light is on for something else (another misfire issue). I smell something is up and demand my car back. I take it to a nearby nissan dealership. 2 things nashville nissan quote me on I didn't need (would have been $500). Another recommendation they made I didn't need (would have been $1000). Turns out I didn't even need the repair that I paid for. All I needed were spark plugs!! STAY AWAY from this place...PLEASE! ALSO...They tried to sell me new valve covers. They didn't know I had them replaced only 15k ago. I immediately reported this to the other nissan dealership that did my valve covers. I now have in writing that Nashville Nissan lied when they said I have leaky valve covers. This complaint is going straight to nissan corp.! More
After I purchased my new vehicle, I had some service concerns and reached out to my salesman only to find out that he was no longer at the dealership. I would definitely not recommend this dealer. I was one of the unfortunate people to purchase the 05 Maxima. I have always taken my car to them for repairs which NEVER seem to end. In Jan I was told that I of the unfortunate people to purchase the 05 Maxima. I have always taken my car to them for repairs which NEVER seem to end. In Jan I was told that I needed 1,600 worth of work. I paid for it and 2 months later was back with the same issues but was told that something else was wrong this time. I was quoted over 1,200. When I asked for them to either repair the correct issue or give me a refund they refused. To make matters worse, they never called me in regards to a customer service survey that I filled out (they sent it) that expressed my dissatisfaction. To add insult to injury, the service manager sent a memo to Nissan Corp stating that I was not a good customer and that he did NOT recommend that Nissan Corp assist me with the costly repairs that we as customers are all becoming aware of, simply because I did not let them do my oil changes or service in 2010. But I am confused because Jan 2010 I had an oil change there and was there for at least 2 times paying to either get my engine flushed or a new part. I have lost count. Despite the fact that they were ALWAYS getting paid for their services the service manager sent a memo that discouraged Nissan Corp from aiding much needed assistance for something that seems to be wrong with an awful lot of these cars. Oh, and the mechanic shop that I just took my car too said that there was nothing wrong with the part that DN said needing replacing what he found was much cheaper. I wish if they couldn't fix my car they would have told me sooner before I gave them all of my money More
