This is the first dealership that is just like having to make a doctor appointment to do business with them! My salesman, Zac Hammons, was very helpful and non-pressurizing just how I like it to be. I had at least 2 other managers calling at least twice a day which Id rather maybe once every-other day. Overall, they did give me a good deal and trade, but I have had a couple of things I have been trying to get some answers on and now all of a sudden, I cannot reach any of the four guys I dealt with, and I have been even leaving my name and number to be reached at with their receptionist and haven't received a call from one of them yet. ( I did get a couple of slight updates from my salesman, but no concrete answer yet. Zac did get me my owners manual now and I am happy now More

I was really impressed that there was no running over to the "finance manager". This dealership and its staff definitely provide you with an experience comparable to Jaguar and BMW of Nashville.
