They gave me a good price on my Mazda Protege trade-in The whole dealership is amazing: efficient, friendly, honest - qualities t6hat lack in this business. It is a very sharp contrast with Cool Springs Nissan, which lacked both in service and knowledge regarding the Leaf. Because of my vastly different experiences with the two dealerships, I transferred my Nissan Leaf order from Cool Springs Nissan to Downtown Nashville Nissan, and I am ecstatic about the overall service. We also met with the General Manager of the dealership, who was still there at 7pm - this seems to be the guy who leads by example, and it shows! I am very impressed. More
Nashville Nissan picked up where Nissan of Cool Springs failed. I drive 25 miles to Downtown instead of 5 miles to Cool Springs because Nashville does a great job and I wouldn't buy a weed wacker from Cool failed. Jim Ransom was honest and took care of all of my needs along with the staff that filled in while Jim was with other customers...On a critical note: Nashville charged $200 more ($699)than Cool Springs for their documentation fee. The customer doesn't know that until the sale is at the handshake level and the customer is with the financial officer. It is really just another way to make a buck for the dealership but It is hidden until the customer has already agreed to buy the vehicle. It doesn't mean you can't walk out but most people aren't going to do that at this point and I got a great price on the vehicle it self so I'm happy, but worth mentioning!.... Love the Nissan Frontier..nice little truck and not bad bad on gas.. More
I found the car I was looking for on the web and requested pricing from several dealers. Jim called within minutes of my posting. Confirmed features I wanted on my Rogue and went to work. He called me back later in the day with all details of the deal. His pricing as well as quality service was above my expectations. My Rogue was not on his lot but he located and delivered to my house in Knoxville Area. I had tried to work with several of the dealers in my area but only got confirmation buying a car can be a bad experience depending on representative. We completed the deal completely over phone and signed papers upon delivery. I will send anyone I know looking for an auto to Jim. More

I've had several poor experiences with other dealerships in Nashville leaving me frustrated. Saxon and Kyle were great to work with. It was a happy experience. This is the first dealership that is just like having to make a doctor appointment to do business with them! My salesman, Zac Hammons, was very helpful and non-pressurizing just how I like it to be. I had at least 2 other managers calling at least twice a day which Id rather maybe once every-other day. Overall, they did give me a good deal and trade, but I have had a couple of things I have been trying to get some answers on and now all of a sudden, I cannot reach any of the four guys I dealt with, and I have been even leaving my name and number to be reached at with their receptionist and haven't received a call from one of them yet. ( I did get a couple of slight updates from my salesman, but no concrete answer yet. Zac did get me my owners manual now and I am happy now More

They actually far exceeded the offer that Carmax made in terms of financing and customer satisfaction. No additional payment required by me to transfer a car from a different state (that I may have been disatisfied with). I was informed every step of the way during the finance process of what was occuring, and provided with several options for my loan as well. I was really impressed that there was no running over to the "finance manager". This dealership and its staff definitely provide you with an experience comparable to Jaguar and BMW of Nashville. All of the luxury, service, and assistance for a third of the total cost.
