I had waited for a Nissan Leaf for almost 2 years. When I moved to TN, things really moved forward. I hit a road block when I started working with the local dealership though. My first impression of Downtown Nissan was not good and I got the run around. Then Jim became my contact. He was clearly knowledgable and good with people. He knew the product and was able to give a distilled synopsis on the Leaf to me upon my pick up. The paperwork, trade in appraisal, pre credit ap, everything was little hassle. There was no much stress involved in the process. I am happy with my purchase and I take comfort in the fact that if I have questions later on, I can reach out to Jim and ask for information. More
I was very pleased with my overall experience last Friday while at Downtown Nashville Nissan. I had no plans on buying a new vehicle, but my father saw an ad and called me so I thought why not give them a ca while at Downtown Nashville Nissan. An appointment was set up for 2 days later and I ended up driving away with a 2012 Altima! This is my 4th Altima & 2nd from DNN. I will be back & would recommend friends & family as well. I began the process a few months before I actually bought my vehicle. I made contact with Justin on line, and he was great. At the benging of every month he would let mw know the deals, and see if he could my vehicle. I made contact with Justin on line, and he was great. One Saturday night, I had emailed him about the panel on the door, he took a pic with his phone and sent it to me before he left. Justin was the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. Also when I went down to the dealership after we had pretty much settled on a price I sat outside of the car for a few mins, and not one salesman approached me...that was nice. Justin is "good people", and would deal with him again, and recommend anyone going to get a car to call Justin. More

I really had a good experience at Downtown Nissan. I had shopped at a few other dealerships in the Nashville before finding the car and deal I was looking for at DT Nissan. I am not much on being pressured when purchasing anything especially a vehicle. And, quite honestly hate dealing with car dealerships. Most don't really care about your situation and just looking to put a buck in their pockets. At DT Nissan it was not that way at all. We were treated very friendly. Justin and the staff were very professional and accomadating. Most importantly I felt, when leaving there I had been treated very fairly! Thumbs up to Justin and the whole staff at Downtown Nissan!!! Ron was great! He had most of the work completed by the time we got there since I had applied online. We also met J. C. Ward who made us feel even more welcome. What a wonderful experience. When I arrived Justin was with another customer so I was introduced to Jim Ransom. Jim was very pleasant, did push and was very knowlegeable about the vehicle I was interested in. During the process Justin stopped by and introduced himself and assured me that I was in good hands. I ended up buying my 2012 Forester and I absolutely love it.
