When we arrived Justin was with another customer so Michael showed us to the vehicle we came to test drive. Michael was very patient when we decided the originial vehicle wasn't a good fit for us. I paid a visit to the Downtown Nashville Nissan yesterday to buy a 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SR. I have contacted the dealership several times before I go. I listed a lot of opition which meets my perfect to buy a 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SR. I have contacted the dealership several times before I go. I listed a lot of opition which meets my perfect vehicle, and they did a lot of research to locate it. Finally, they found that my pick is in another dealership 300 miles away. I paid the deposit, and they promised me to get the car in 3 bussiness days. Price is acceptable but not as low as I expected, cause the company recently raise their prices. More

I had waited for a Nissan Leaf for almost 2 years. When I moved to TN, things really moved forward. I hit a road block when I started working with the local dealership though. My first impression of Downtown Nissan was not good and I got the run around. Then Jim became my contact. He was clearly knowledgable and good with people. He knew the product and was able to give a distilled synopsis on the Leaf to me upon my pick up. The paperwork, trade in appraisal, pre credit ap, everything was little hassle. There was no much stress involved in the process. I am happy with my purchase and I take comfort in the fact that if I have questions later on, I can reach out to Jim and ask for information. More
