We were welcomed with a friendly smile as we entered the sales floor. Everyone spoke to us and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible offering soft drinks and water. I would recommend this dealership. it is a beautiful facility with a children's playroom, awesome service center and even a snack bar Mon - Friday. i am very comfortable with our purchase and returning for our service appointments. First, some background information. I am detail-oriented and organized to a fault. Not OCD.....just a little demanding at times. I've made purchases in KY and TN for many years at big town and small town dealerships. I would estimate 35-40 vehicles, in all. Some new and some "previously owned". Most of the experiences were "good" with only a few "not so good" and a couple of "they should take down the sign, turn out the lights and lock the doors". But times have changed.....and so have people. I have the ability to research vehicles including customer reviews of new models. I know what my vehicle is worth and what to expect if I decide to use it as trade-in. I cruise the lots on Sunday afternoon when I can browse without interruption, so I feel prepared to "trade cars" when I arrive at the dealership. Downtown Nashville Nissan's customer process(es) are now the benchmark. I don't believe another dealership could treat me any better than this team. I was not pressured and found the experience relaxed, yet professional. The process was not "hurried" and proceeded in a logical manner. I was introduced to the General Mgr, Used Vehicle Mgr, Customer Service Mgr and given a complete tour of the facility. All my questions were answered candidly. My expectations were exceeded and it is obvious that this dealership cares. I met many of the team and made new friends. When I need another vehicle, this is the dealership that will be number one on my list....it may be the only one on my list. More

The sales team at Downtown Nashville Nissan was simply outstanding. My experience started when I was still stationed at Kadena AB in Okinawa, Japan. My tour in Okinawa was nearing it's end and my wife and outstanding. My experience started when I was still stationed at Kadena AB in Okinawa, Japan. My tour in Okinawa was nearing it's end and my wife and I knew we wanted to buy a minivan, and based on our research we knew the Nissan Quest was at the top of our list. I sent an e-mail to Nashville Nissan and received a reply from Justin Smith. For roughly two months we corresponded via e-mail, with me asking a ton of questions and Justin firing back answers in a timely manner. After three days of traveling, my family and I finally arrived at our home in Clarksville, TN. Later in the week, we nt to a Honda dealer here in Clarksville to drive a Honda Odyssey, as we wanted to make sure we drove all available minivans before we decided on one. The sales team at the Honda dealer was horrible, displaying an almost arrogant attitude. We then headed for Nashville to meet with Justin Smith. From the second we pulled into the dealership my wife and I felt very comfortable. Justin met us as we exited our vehicle and greeted us immediately. The 2012 Nissan Quest was pulled out and ready for us to look at and drive. Justin started at the front of the vehicle and went over the entire vehicle with us in detail, inside and out. Justin seemed really knowledgeable about the Quest. Then we test drove the Quest and we were sold....a much better vehicle then the 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L we drove earlier in the day. I really appreciated the fact that Justin did not talk bad about the other minivans available from other carmakers. He simply asked "Now that you have driven all of the minivans available, do you think the Quest is the van that best suits you and your family's needs?" Justin Smith and the rest of team at Downtown Nashville Nissan was extremely friendly and courteous, and the Nissan Quest is an absolute joy to drive. Thank you very much!! More

Kyle Mountsier was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and informative, and we would recommend to our friends and family that they request him when calling or visiting Downtown Nashville Nissan. We generally dislike the process of purchasing a vehicle and dealing with salespeople. However, Kyle made the process much more painless and almost enjoyable. However, we do recommend that the dealership improve their advertising practices. We both understand that it is common practice for dealers to have hidden costs that are only revealed at the time of signing. However, we feel that this situation is extremely misleading. Their website listed prices for individual vehicles. The prices do not mention that a dealer package($995) is not included in the price. This apparently includes window tinting and locking lug nuts that have already been installed on all of the vehicles. In our opinion, they are already a part of the car like any other option and should be included in each car's individual price. Also, there was an incentive that read that it was available on "All 2012 Versas". However, once we drove two hours to the dealership, it was explained that "All 2012 Versas" means Versa Hatchbacks and not Versa Sedans. One has to wonder how the consumer is supposed know the difference. Overall, the experience was good. Kyle worked with us to resolve our issues, and we purchased a new car. More
