Great experience with Justin explaining the vehicle and answering all my questions. The test drive was what really made my decision. I will be calling her when I need anything for my car in the future. The manager that sat down with me to do the paperwork was offstandish and just not as friendly as the others. He was very distracted and hardly spoke...very "all business". I don't remember his name, because I wasn't impressed at all. He needs to work on better "people skills". At that point my decision was already made, but if a customer gets to that point with any uncertainty, that "cold shoulder" treatment could make them walk out rather than sealing the deal. More

This is my very first time ever writing a bad review but this place warrants it. I sent my car in to be serviced for a slight hesitation issue. I was told that a certain part needed to be replaced. I'm not too keen on the part so I say go ahead and do it. I was told there was not enough time to repair it that day and said fine Ill come back the following day. They try to discourage me by telling me it would be best to leave the car there. I tell them I don't have a way home and to give me my car. Well, when they bring the car back around its jerking worse then before and not only that, the check engine light is now FLASHING (wasn't even on before). The car is not drivable. I'm forced to leave it. They fix the misfire issue and give me back my car the next day only to find that now the check engine light is on for something else (another misfire issue). I smell something is up and demand my car back. I take it to a nearby nissan dealership. 2 things nashville nissan quote me on I didn't need (would have been $500). Another recommendation they made I didn't need (would have been $1000). Turns out I didn't even need the repair that I paid for. All I needed were spark plugs!! STAY AWAY from this place...PLEASE! ALSO...They tried to sell me new valve covers. They didn't know I had them replaced only 15k ago. I immediately reported this to the other nissan dealership that did my valve covers. I now have in writing that Nashville Nissan lied when they said I have leaky valve covers. This complaint is going straight to nissan corp.! More

I recently priced a nissan online through my bank and this dealership came up on a list as a certified dealership through them with a strong and honest reputation. I set up an appointment with them to make sure they had an exact model of the 2012 Nissan Frontier I wanted to test drive and almost immediately they had one at the lot for me to test out. I went down the next evening after work and by 9 p.m. I was driving home my new, fully loaded, Pro-4 Frontier. No haggling needed, they met me at the price I had listed it for through my bank and even helped me with the "extra's" I wanted on it from the dealership. Justin was super helpful with answering any questions I had and even helped to set up the Bluetooth and demonstrated some common problems new car buyers may have from time to time with a control panel they are not used to. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Nissan. More
Beware of bait and scam here. They are eager to get you in the door...then it's sold. Complete waste of time. Plus the staff makes you feel as if you are in a locker ..very unprofessional. I would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we didn't feel pressured to do anything that we felt uncomfortable with, they worked with us on getting us in the payment that we were looking for. Deanna was a very good sales person, she did her job well as well as Kyle, they were a great team, Natasha was wonderful, especially with my daughter, she took care of showing us all the details to our new car & they all took the time to answer all of our questions that we had, the finance department was awesome as well, the worked out our payment & met our needs & gave us the things that we asked for. You have a great staff at Downtown Nashville Nissan & we appreciate all of them as well as the young lady that greeted us. Thank You More
I just upgraded my 350Z to a 2012 370Z. I wanted the blue version and Downtown Nissan was the only dealership with in 400 miles of where I live. I called in advance to make sure they had it and set up an app version and Downtown Nissan was the only dealership with in 400 miles of where I live. I called in advance to make sure they had it and set up an appointment to come check everything out. When I got there everything was ready for me, the car was waiting for me and at least 3 people came to greet me at the door. They all but rolled out a red carpet for me. My sales associate Arisha Manley was extreamly helpful and after a couple hours I left with the exact car I was looking to buy. I couldn't have asked for a better sales associate than Arisha and was more than impressed with the friendliness of everyone that worked there. I would recommend driving a Nissan to anyone and this Dealership is the best I've ever been to. I drove 200 miles to do business at Downtown Nissan and it was definitly worth it. More
