He answered all our questions, was very friendly and outgoing. He made it fun! Car buying is serious and we were seriously "just looking". But after our test drive we were "seriously considering". We had a price in mind that would fit our budget. They worked with us and gave us a fair price that included my 12 year old car as a trade in. The car we chose was merlot but we wanted a beige interior and not the black interior they had. They found another vehicle, merlot in color with the beige interior we preferred. They drove it in and we have been driving it ever since. This is a dealership that is committed to giving quality customer service. We were even given a tour of the service area and introduced to who would be our personal contact with all our new car needs. We have been contacted since our purchase to inquire about our satisfaction with our new car and to see if we had any questions or needs. I do recommend this dealership if you are in the process of looking for a new car. We have never owned a Nissan. They are great cars! I know that this one is backed by a dedicated dealership. I just wish we had visited them first. It would have saved us a lot of time and research. More

I don't think I've ever run across a sales representative that could tell me whether a vehicle had a timing belt or chain, but Justin knew the 2.5L engine was equipped with a timing chain. The staff at the dealership was patient, efficient, and catered to our needs. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More

He listened to my needs and was very, very helpful in working with my criteria. In a just few phone calls over an afternoon, we discussed what I wanted, he located a suitable vehicle, a 2012 Pathfinder SV, we negotiated terms and agreed to finalize the sale the next day after the vehicle was brought to the dealership. We met the next day, first time I had ever been to dealership, and I purchased the vehicle and took delivery. Justin was outstanding in his personal service to me and consideration of my needs and timing. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles and offerings be Nissan. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, respectful and patient. Natasha is a wonderful Customer Service Rep and thoroughly explained all of the services and offerings of the dealership. Tshombe offered very detailed and informative financial options for what I wanted and needed to do. I really appreciate his assistance. Martreece later helped to conclude the paperwork and finances for the vehicle. To summarize, this is the only Nissan dealership in the Nashville area that anyone needs to be dealing with for their vehicle purchase.
