Went in late one evening to test drive a LEAF and was treated professionally from start to finish. I was given a great deal and they worked to move me through the process as quickly as possible (at my re treated professionally from start to finish. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. I spoke with Tim in finance first who seemed to be very helpful but never followed through with a call back to rectify the issue I had with the life. I was told "Your credit score is bad because you don't pay your bills!" First of all if I never paid a bill in my life that is not something a professonal in sales should say to a customer. A person that passes judgement like that should be in another job. All they wanted to do is waste time and my gas to drive to them for nothing. Apparently I am not "good enough" for this dealership. I will never reccommend this place. More

They were not too pushy and when we had enough - we walked out - but because of their professionalism and courteous attitude - we came back in the door and a sale was made. More

We were incredibly impressed with the car as well as with Jim's knowledge about it. He had an answer for every question we threw at him. What's even better is that he put no pressure on us to buy it. He and his manager asked if we were interested. We said yes, they made us an offer. We said we'd think about it. They left it at that. No pressure! So the next day we went back and bought it! :-) More
