On Sunday we thought we'd just be walking in to test drive and run the numbers about the POTENTIAL for leasing a new Nissan Leaf. Thanks to Jim and his competitive, friendly commitment to selling qualit drive and run the numbers about the POTENTIAL for leasing a new Nissan Leaf. Thanks to Jim and his competitive, friendly commitment to selling quality cars, we didn't just walk out with the car we wanted but at a price we were willing to pay. From the time we walked in to the time we drove away, Jim was friendly, courteous, and striving to make sure we got what we wanted. The only negetive, and this is something that could happen to anyone throughout the course of a day, is the misinformation of the residual value of the car at the end of the lease. Jim initially shared that the car would be valued at 47% at the end of the lease should we want to buy, but upon further discuss with the business side of the dealership, we found that the 47% was the value based on a much longer term lease. Although this was miscommunicated, this clearly didn't disuade us for purchasing the car. At no time did we feel that Jim, or Nissan of Nashville, attempted to skew the numbers to push the sale. They were professional, polite, and always shooting straight. We will gladly recommend Jim to our friends and family, as well as hope to do further business with Nissan of Nashville in the future. More

Fantastic experience! Loved the Live Chat feature to speak with sales rep initially. Broderick was extremely helpful. Broderick introduced me to Jim who explained all the features/benefits of the vehicle as well as the the paperwork. Glenda walked me through the manuals and made it clear that if I had ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL, I was to give her a call. While I was waiting for financing, Jim basically kept me company. Travis got me through the financing process quickly and when we were done, Jim again went through all the features and benefits of the car. I feel like I got the Red Carpet treatment at Nashville Nissan. Even though I live out of town, I would definitely refer my friends to this dealership over the local one in Huntsville. More

My husband and I were looking for a nice SUV for our family. We found a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander online at Nashville Nissan, we had also found a vehicle in Madisonville at a dealership I had been check family. I have to say the difference between the willingness to go the extra mile and work for you was impressive. Saxon Reynolds was very professional and courtesous. We live two hours away and wanted to know for sure this was something we wanted prior to the drive. He gave us all the details we needed on the vehicle along with any extra photos and carfax. In addition he worked with Travis Howell to get all of our finacing lined out and ready to go for us. These guys were on it, for two days I emailed and called and everytime Saxon was quick to respond. I have bought several cars in the past. I think this is by far the smoothest and most pleasant transaction. Our new car is awesome, we take it hiking most everyweekend. It is more than we had hoped for, much like our expierience with this dealership and these young men. I have actually recommended this dealership and Saxon in particular to friends of mine at work. Donald Skebo stands out largely because he is the salesman who sold us our Leaf. He is professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He shows a lot of enthusiasm for the product without sounding insinc salesman who sold us our Leaf. He is professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He's followed up at least twice with us since we brought our Leaf home and has been really generous with his time and offers of help. The Leaf is our second Nissan (our other vehicle is an Xterra) and I would definitely purchase another Nissan, especially if the service remains as good as it's been with our latest experience. We met a number of Nissan staff while we were buying the Leaf and found everyone to be friendly, professional, and very helpful. More
