I have never left a negative review for an auto dealer before. However, I hope my experience serves as a warning to others about Downtown Nashville Nissan. Earlier this month, I was offered a price on a new vehicle, which I was told would arrive in about 10 days. As the expected arrival time arose, I called and e-mailed to get an update on delivery date, but my calls and e-mails were not returned. When I finally got through on the estimated delivery date, I was told the management had reviewed the offer and was refusing to honor it. I have now wasted a lot of time and energy because of this dearlership dishonorable way of doing business. More

The engine on this vehicle caught on fire and burned (total loss) while I was driving it. My vehicle was only serviced by the Downtown Nashville Nissan service department. Then why are they tucking tail and running when I try to address this issue with them. I called the service Manager, he told me he couldn't do anything unless it was approved by Nissan North America. Nissan North America told me the Dealerships were privately owned and they didn't have any say on what they did...... I also purchased 2 other Nissan vehicles from this Dealership. 2003 Frontier and 2007 Nissan Versa. There is an electrical issue with 2007-2009 Nissan Versa's, the Dealership will not respond to me concerns regarding the electical issue that causes the engine to stop running and catch on fire. I am requesting Downtown Nashville Nissan or Nissan North America to replace my vehicle because they were aware of the serious engine issue. More

Saxon is the best. He made purchasing my Pathfinder a piece of cake. We did most of the deal by text. I don't have time to set hours at a car lot. He takes great care of his customers. Had a few problems with the trade in but Natasha and the GM worked it out and was very informative. I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue and dealt with Jim Ranson. He was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any question I had about the vehicle. Natasha Watson, our Professional Sales Representative was sharply dressed, spoke intelligently and did a thorough job to make sure we got all of the information on the vehicles. I received a timely response from salesperson Bryan DeBoes who worked with me via email until I could get to Nashville to look at, and ultimately, purchase my car. Bryan was very friendly and outgoing without being pushy in the least. He was extremely easy to work with. I enjoyed meeting him and working with him! Travis Howell was the finance manager who I saw. Again, he was pleasant and not pushy in the least. I appreciated the laid back style from both Travis as well as Bryan. Natasha Watson (owner loyalty manager) went over several car details with me and was informative and very nice. I am very pleased with my overall buying experience from this dealership and will definitely recommend them to friends and family, who are in the market for a new car and want a pain free car buying experience (and isn't that everyone!?). Also, this if my first Nissan and I love it! I love my 2013 white Nissan Altima S. It's beautiful, comfy and great on gas! So far I'm getting nearly 28 mpg in the city. Much better than the car I traded in. I'm very pleased with this dealership. I do recommend them! More

Jusin did live up to his standard (WORD) and in my business that means a great deal. Your store, team will do well, because they all worked as a team and if there was a conflict about something I was not aware of it. Downtown Nashville Nissan will receive my referrals from me. A great team that gets their potienal clients in and out with excellent service. My needs were met and the process was pinless.
