I imagine if Jim had a motto it would be "the harder I work the luckier I become. He is however just one of the many talented and hard working people at Downtown Nashville Nissan. I was most impressed with him when we bought our first Nissan a new 2008 Altima SL. I called from my home an hour away from the dealership, I had been shopping on-line. It was almost 9 PM when I first called the dealership and Jim took the call. I was very surprised that the dealership was even open. I asked Jim what he was doing there as late as it was. He was delivering a vehicle that he sold earlier that evening. When I asked him how many he had sold that month he was around 30 and shooting for 35 it was close to the end of the month. Since then we purchased 2 more, a 2013 Altima SL and a 2013 Versa from Jim and Downtown Nashville Nissan, of course they are no longer in downtown but at their new location. I work hard for my money and work hard to get a good deal when I by a car, that's my job, to get the best deal possible. On the other hand the Dealership is in business to make a profit and I welcome that, otherwise they'd go under. Downtown Nashville Nissan makes it easier to get there with trust, honesty and understanding. The understanding part comes in handy when I get a little tough to deal with.
