Unfortunately I was charged service for wipers, service for tire rotation and service for oil change. 3 service charges. Every Hyundai dealer tgat I have stopped I have been only charge 1 service charge. More

Mercedes, You were only charged one service change. Our billing system itemizes everything that you get from us, so it shows the wipers separately on your bill as well as everything else. This is for you, This is done so you know you are not getting charged for something you did not receive. We want to be transparent with our billing to all customer as we found they appreciate that and know that they are not paying for something they did not want or receive.

Mr. Dean did in fact buy a vehicle from us on that day. It was explained that it was a Friday and the check would not be deposited until Monday. He was told this by 2 different people. He would need to get his check from his credit union and deposit it into his own bank also, he was told we do not hold checks. Mr. Dean came in Monday with Check in hand from his Credit union and refused to make payment at that point. We could have exchanged the checks, but he refused and walked out. We deposited his check per normal business procedures. His Check came back as insufficient funds. Mr. Dean was contacted at that point to make good on his check, and he refused. After weeks of trying to get Mr. Dean to pay for the vehicle, we felt is was time to discuss legal actions. We would come to work with envelopes from Mr. Dean stuck to our glass doors stating we needed to contact his lawyer. We had called the person named and that lawyer had no idea who he was nor why we were calling him. Due the false statements made by Mr. Dean, dealership personal spent a lot of unnecessary time attempting to fix this problem. We never got contacted by any attorney of Mr. Dean's. The Title and Registration was explained that the paperwork comes from the state of TN and would take 30 to 90 days for him to receive. Mr. Dean would not listen to anything we had to say concerning how the process would work. He would leave threatening notes stuck to our glass doors when we would come into work in the morning. Mr. Dean finally agreed to let us send someone to his house after weeks of trying to contact him to make good on the check he wrote to the dealership for the vehicle.
