Awful. A part had to be ordered and I was not notified it had arrived. I placed calls to service advisor and other folks there and no one called me back. I finally called before I moved to Franklin and found I couldn't get my car fixed (warranty) until after my move. My car still needs to be fixed. I have been busy with a move and covid etc. I'll call next week but I'm hoping I can get the warranty repair transferred out here. My advice would be to stay away from this dealership. They don't keep their word and are completely unresponsive. More
