Downtown Ford of Sacramento - Service Center

Downtown Ford has serviced and repaired my 2003 E150 wheelchair van for almost 20 years, now they say it's too old and they will not work on it any longer. The van needed a idle air control valve replac wheelchair van for almost 20 years, now they say it's too old and they will not work on it any longer. The van needed a idle air control valve replaced...easy repair...AAA did it for under $400.00. I also purchased a 2018 F350 pickup from them and use Downtown Ford maintain it...WELL NOT ANYMORE...it appears they no longer want or need my business...I've been considering trading in my F350 for a F150 and received inquiries from their sales department. If I do trade it in it will not be at Downtown Ford. Do yourself a favor if considering a new Ford, find a different dealer, one who cares about long time customers. I wish I could figure out how give them less than 1 star... More

My car has been there since March 30th and was told a lie. the Dealer service dept., told me that they was waiting for an adjuster that was scheduled to look at my car. This dealership does not honor there CAR DOC commitment. They just blow a lot of smoke up my xxx so that I would buy a car from them.
