Unprofessional,Poor customer service Nissan needs to improve their costumer service ASAP. All of the people on that department have the worst service ever. The car had a warranty: meaning Nissan needs to improve their costumer service ASAP. All of the people on that department have the worst service ever. The car had a warranty: meaning that when it reached a specific amount of miles it would have to go through a number of changes, such as an apparatus from the AC that had been broken; etc. So when I tried going they said my car still needed to run some miles and told me to come back, so I did just that, I went back when my car reached the number of miles and they said they didn't have space that I needed to reschedule. So there I go rescheduling for another appointment, but when I went to that rescheduled appointment they told me I waited too long!!! That the warranty had expired!!! Steve was the crew who didn't help me with this issue and you can only guess where I'm going with this... In conclusion...Nissan is the worst liar ever. More
