Very happy with service department. Had my car fixed by Downey Nissan and still had the problem, took the car back by Frank Linares suggestion and they fixed a minor problem which make the car run normal a Downey Nissan and still had the problem, took the car back by Frank Linares suggestion and they fixed a minor problem which make the car run normal again. When I first arrived I was disoriented and it was very busy so I patiently waited for someone to attend me. Andres A. Garcia seemed focus about the questions and concerns I had. He briefly explained what services I had and how long the service would take. I also was directed to the finance dept. where Lydia and Zulma Chinchilla both assisted me. I also met Ricky who walked me over to the parking lot to view new vehicles. Overall staff was helpful and great. There was a peaceful and calm vibe although everyone was busy. I'm a happy customer and I probably will return. More
