The most recent example (out of 3x) of the lack of professionalism and communication. Before driving to Downey I confirmed that the part needed had been received at the dealership. The admin I spoke with confirmed with the parts department that they had the part and she confirmed my appointment date, time. I made the trip to Downey ,dropped off the car then approximately 4 hours later the service advisor called me to say that “We don’t have your part, you need to pick up your car today”. At that point, I requested a print out of the scheduled repair but he said that he couldn’t print a price quote for me at that moment Rather he said, look at my computer screen. It was very confusing. I returned a week + later to get the part installed. Unfortunately when I did go to pay the price of the repair increased by almost $100.00. I was verbally quoted $505.00 however my charge was almost $600.00. Immediately it made sense why he promised but never emailed me a price quote. Each visit to this dealership has been riddled with miscommunication, lack of service and professionalism. I am convinced that the employees do not care about their customers. Three bad experiences at one location is too many. I will not return nor will I purchase another Hyundai. More
