I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs. More

Car was brand new and was in a ideal shape; I was so happy when I saw my car for the first time. Jesse and his cousin were extremely nice, and Jesse kindly and professionally explained every question I had for the car features, maintaining the car, and other general questions. Jesse and I talked for over an hour, and I learned so much from him because I am buying my first car and I am going to be moving to California with this car (complicate things). Even before we met, we exchanged phone calls and Emails so they can let me take the car right away when I came in person. Jesse was extremely nice, gave me an ideal new car, did all the paper work for me, and gave me the cheapest price for the car upfront (I didn't even have to negotiate at all because no other dealership could beat this price which was $778.76 cheaper). I woke up 4am today and took a greyhound bus to Cortland, NY from NYC (216+ miles) and brought my car to my home, and every single second of today was so worth it and I cannot be more happy with my purchase. It is definitely worth buying cars from Jesse here than buying it else where from other dealerships. Jesse and his team are extremely kind, take extreme care for their cars, extremely knowledgeable and they offer cheaper car price. IT IS WORTH TRAVELING TO BUY THE CAR FROM HERE. More

I don't see how anyone could give these guys a bad rating. It was probably some xxxxxxx with an axe to grind. I've lived in Cortland for 45 years and I've known Dovi Motors to be a good dealership bec rating. It was probably some xxxxxxx with an axe to grind. I've lived in Cortland for 45 years and I've known Dovi Motors to be a good dealership because of their 70 some years in the industry. I've been a mechanic and car salesman, and I rate these people highly. I have personally taken some of my friends to at least look at the current lineups of Ford products. As is expected, some bought cars and some didn't. It is that way in this industry. I would recommend Dovi Motors to anyone. More
