I came in on New Year's Eve at 4pm. By 7pm I was leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! Sue couldn't have been mor leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! Sue couldn't have been more pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. THIS is how buying a car SHOULD be. I had a less than comfortable experience at a different dealership earlier in the day; the difference between the two was is night and day. I have a safe car with excellent gas mileage at a price I only dreamed of paying. I will recommend Dover Honda & Sue to anyone who will listen. More

I didn't feel like I was at an auto dealership, she broke down the boundaries effortlessly, and made me feel right at home. She greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She even greeted other customers walking in the door, making them feel that they are valued as soon as they walk in. She wasn't attentive to only me, but others that may be waiting for help, I thought that was very nice of her; I've never seen anyone do that at other dealerships I've been to. Susan made me feel valued immediately, even when I was clearly just browsing the first time I came in. I'm excited about the whole experience, I love my new Accord Coupe! We had visited two other dealerships but had not anticipated buying a car at Dover Honda. I only stopped to show my wife the Honda CRV. Susan Garland met us with a cheery greeting as we walked in anticipated buying a car at Dover Honda. I only stopped to show my wife the Honda CRV. Susan Garland met us with a cheery greeting as we walked in the door, showed us the CRV and then asked if she could give us a quote as we were getting ready to walk out the door and go home. I really id not think she could match the prices we had received from the first two dealers, told her so, but then said "yes". From my vantage point, it looked as if she worked hard to convince the Sales Manager to give us a "good deal" and when she returned with the offer, I found the selling price to be significantly lower than that offered by the first two dealers. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Susan - she is the opposite from what you typically think of a "new-car salesperson". She was extremely knowledgeable about her product (she served in the Service side of the operation for many years), she was not "pushy" and she was warm, friendly and outgoing. She gave frank and honest answers to questions I posed and she made the "job" of buying a new car the most enjoyable of any interaction I have had with salespeople over the many years that I have been buying cars. I would recommend her to anyone considering the purchase of a new Honda! More

My first new car in 15 years, I was apprehensive about the process but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, due in large part to her knowledge of the product and willingness to answer questions online after I left the dealership and my test drive. Her approachability made it easy to connect and it is without hesitation I can tell you that I will recommend her to friends and family. I have been driving the CR-V for five days and can't stop smiling. Meeting other employees at Dover Honda, I felt welcomed by everyone and know this will be a positive experience well into the future. More
