Can't blame anyone for the too numerous signatures and initials to trade a used car and lease a new one, but that's the lawyers messing about YET it still got done fair and square, no hidden real surprises. The Finance guy got us to upgrade 1 notch up from the base service level but he didn't get pushy when we said no to the deluxe and super deluxe service levels, and we honestly needed a bit more service than the base offered. Everyone knows shopping for a vehicle is a pain, especially because of the whole sales game. I have to say, this was the least painful experience I have ever encountered when buying a vehicle. The sale guy Dan was very honest, I told him I was looking at the Hyundai Sonatas, instead of criticizing the other brand, he complimented it. He worked hard to get me the best deal. When we could not come to an agreement, he got the manager Bruce. I thought it was be downhill from there but Bruce was awesome. Very down to earth, did not seem like a sales guy at all. Between Dan and Bruce I got a really good deal on the vehicle price and value for my trade in. Their customer service is the best by far. I can't say you will be with having to negotiate or even hustle a little, but that is to be expected. Its business. However, I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Susan was friendly and quick to greet us when we entered the dealership for the first time. We test drove the civic, sat down to talk numbers,( I had already received a quote via e-mail) gave a deposit and the dealership for the first time. We came back three days later to pick up our car and close the deal.( the car had to be transported from another dealer ) We had selected a few options that were put on while we finished the paper work.
