Issues with new Pacifica After owning my vehicle for about three weeks, I got in one morning and the vehicle would not start. It turned out to be a bad battery which the serv After owning my vehicle for about three weeks, I got in one morning and the vehicle would not start. It turned out to be a bad battery which the service department replaced promptly and cheerfully. A short time later I noticed watermarks around the panoramic sun roof. They identified the problem as the seal on the rear stationary glass. They not only replaced the seal, but ordered a new headliner because of the stains on the original one. The repairs were done promptly and under warranty. I have used Dover service over the years for the certified Town and Country that I purchased through them and have always been very pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. I purchased the Pacifica through the Costco buying program which they do not participate in. More
