As a first time car buyer/leaser, I really had no idea how the process worked. I knew what I wanted in my next car and a little bit of an idea of what make I wanted. He was able to get me the car I wanted with the right deal. He was so informative and cut right to the chase. No dancing around the all the nonsense that most people get. I’ve had my 2024 VW Tiguan for 2 days and I LOVE the car. Dave could not have done better for me. When I went to go sign for the car, everything was pretty much done so I wasn’t at the dealer for too long, all because of Dave. He showed me all the cool gadgets in the car and even set it up for me enough where I didn’t need to change any of my settings. I can’t recommend Dave enough and definitely go see him if you’re getting a new Volkswagen! More

I had such a great experience buying my first car on my own with Dave S at Douglas VW. He was extremely easy to reach and answered every question that I/my family had during the test driving and buying process. He is very knowledgeable and it’s evident that he truly cares about his clients. The day after I drove my car home, he even followed up with me to see how my drive home went. Prior to me purchasing my Taos, I had a vehicle that I wanted to trade in but was unable to safely drive it to the dealership. However, Dave went above and beyond to get the vehicle transported off my private residence, all throughout having experienced a snow/ice storm a few days prior to.
