I went in to see about trading in my 2007 Jetta for a 2012 Beetle after going to another dealership and not being happy with what I heard. He was very helpful and willing to meet what I could do budget wise and also listened to everything that I wanted out of the car. I am 23 so this was the first car I was buying on my own and he understood that and informed me on everything I needed to know as well as keeping my budget in mind. The Beetle I eventually chose had to be brought in from another dealership and he kept me up to date on the progress of it's arrival everyday. I got the car last Friday and could not be happier. As I type this he actually called me to see how my weekend with the car went and if I had any concerns. I will recommend Isaac from Douglas Volkswagen to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I bought a 2012 VW Jetta SE w/Convenience from Douglas Motors and have been enjoying it for a month now. No regrets, no complaints! All others replied with a "please come in so we can further discuss..." Plus, a few weeks after our purchase there was a nice surprise that came in the mail! He understood immediately my quest to again have standard shift. However, he cautioned me that it might take a few weeks as most cars that come in off lease are automatic. He must have kept my request in the forefront, for he rang me two days later, his voice full of enthusiasm, to suggest I stop by as soon as possible as a standard shift jetta had just been turned in. He seemed as pleased about the car materializing so quickly as I myself was. That relating to my feelings seemed clear at every turn. It was as if I had a partner in this venture which made going forward easy rather than daunting (as decision making situations often do). Additionally, I appreciated his thoroughness when explaining how each facet of my new car worked. Even if he had gone through that routine umpteen times with previous customers, there was no flagging in the lesson: he cared that I understood all the details before I drove away. More
