I ended up deciding on this product because I had a great experience with Vlad. I simply wanted to sit in the car before having any kind of conversation about price, purchase,features and such. I had done all my research online prior. I wanted to qualify it as a comfortable car in terms of drivers seat, visibility, etc. When I said this to Vlad, he went to another lot and got the car (with all the features) I had been looking at. He pulled up offered me the driver's seat and discussed some of the features. He offered me a test drive and then, offered me the chance to keep the car for the weekend. (This was on a Saturday - the dealership is closed on Sunday) I didn't even know this was possible. I took him up on it and by Saturday night, I wanted the car. (Super sales technique!) In any case, on "negotiation day" I found him/Douglas/VW to be fair and to the point. I traded in a car and felt the trade in price was also fair (based on blue book value and on line research). In general, I would recommend the dealership. I would highly recommend doing business with this pleasant, low key, intuitive young man. I believe his approach probably changes to suit his prospect's/customer's sensibilities. A refreshing alternative. I should add: This is the first time I have felt compelled to write an online review. Having read so many erratic reviews, about restaurants in particular, I never take them to heart. That said, I hope this makes a difference for someone out there looking for a similar experience. More
