I recently had the unfortunate of totalling my 2006 VW Passat and had to move quickly to obtain a new vehicle. I had previously bought or leased several VWs through another dealership. Although I had never dealt with Douglas Auto Group, I stopped in to see what type of previously owned car I might be able to get quickly. I had the opportunity to meet with Sales Consultant Vlad Voskosboynikov. Vlad was friendly, knowledgeable and made a point of showing me through the service department as well as the showroom. He was able to find a car on the lot that had the features I was looking for, and we were able to negotiate a price. When I picked up the car yesterday I was pleased by the way Vlad and the finance person handled the transaction. What was especially nice was that while I was going over the paperwork, Vlad went out and filled the tank for me! I am looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Douglas Auto Group.
