I purchased my 2007 Volkswagen GTI at a dealer that is about 5 minutes away from my home. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this man. He is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he is truly a genuine person and really takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. For the past 6 years I have driven close to an hour to take my Volkswagen to no other than Douglas for anything that I need. I have sent countless friends and family to Rick because I am confident that they will get the same level of service that I do. No where else will you find such a customer service orientated staff who's best interest is to do the right thing for their customers, nor will you find another service adviser like Rick who will call you on your birthday to send you their best wishes. It is this type of business that grows lasting relationships and consistently exceeds expectations. I can honestly say that Rick Szucs is the only reason I will ever buy a Volkswagen again, because I fear that if I buy any other vehicle I will have to deal with someone other than Rick. More

Dominic in the service department was a huge help. His communication was top notch and explained everything that was being fixed on my car and the cost. I went to Douglas Volkswagen in Summit looking to purchase a new car and I met Vlad. He was very professional, knowledgable & the over all experience of buying my new Tiguan was very enjoyable.
