During the past 3 years Dominic was truly exceptional in handling all my service needs. So when I decided to lease a mid-size car it was a no-brainer; I submitted an online inquiry to Douglas VW for a Passat . Dan Beckelman their internet person put me in contact with Tito Delgado a very knowledgeable Sales Rep who negotiated a great lease deal on the Passat and got me good trade-in price on my old Saab 9-3. Dan B. kept in contact with me through the whole process insuring I was completely satisfied. I have dealt with many new car dealerships in my quest to purchased several new vehicles in the past 40+ years. Douglas VW is the only dealership I had a sense of loyalty too. Dan, Tito, Chris and Dominic showed interest, concern, made me feel comfortable, offered good advice , actually helped me negotiate good offers and never tried to pressure me in any way. The service department at Douglas is superior to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I usually wait for them to complete the service to my Jetta. Once within a half hour Dominic called me over to tell me that it would take several hours to complete and put me into a loaner. With other dealerships I can tell you horror stories. From a salesperson who walked away with my license and did not return for over an hour and a half and then has the nerve to be angry when I did not want to deal with him, to having to bring back a new minivan for service at least twice a month for almost a year before they finally correctly fixed the problem. Please don't misunderstand me, I have dealt with other good dealerships, but I consider Douglas VW among the best. More

I was in the market for a new car and decided to visit Douglas VW to explore their line of Jettas. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Me and my wife purchased a Volkswagen Passat, Roger was our sale person he was so great getting us what we wanted and what we could afford. Him and his team got us approve very quickly. Just came from the service dept. this morning and wanted to say that Rick Szucs and the entire Service Department at Douglas VW are truly the greatest. This is my 4th VW with Douglas (3rd through Isaac Bunt to say that Rick Szucs and the entire Service Department at Douglas VW are truly the greatest. This is my 4th VW with Douglas (3rd through Isaac Bunton in sales who is great!) and Rick has been my Service Manager since day 1. He always goes above and beyond and is the nicest guy. He is very knowledgable and I always feel like a valued customer when I go there. I didn't have an appt. when I walked in today and I was greeted with a smile and he took care of my minor problem immediately (less then 30 mins)…even put my plates on and got my registration for me without hesitation when he found out they were in. Any service dept. issues…he is the guy to see! More

He dealt aptly and completely with satisfying our perceived needs, investigating possibilities we'd missed, and alerting us to alternative purchasing arrangements. Duncan expertly balanced friendliness, knowledge of his products, flexibility in applying his product knowledge, and patience as we tried on the Passat that seemed to suit us best. Chris Ng was introduced to us by Duncan, and Chris dealt smoothly, thoroughly, and clearly with the various detailed options available to us concerning extended-maintenance offerings, details of financing, etc. He was friendly, very responsive to our questions, and just as excellent in his own way as was Duncan in his. Neither my wife nor I would hesitate to return to Douglas in the future, as we surely will since we purchased a new Passat Wolfsburg with which we're very satisfied. I hadn't anticipated or planned on leaving with a new car straight off of the showroom floor or any car for that matter, but Vlad knew he was going to get me the car that caught my eye, which was a 2013 Volkswagen CC. He was so knowledgeable in his business and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Whatever question I through at him, he was able to answer without hesitation.
