I purchased a 2014 VW Jetta from Douglas this past week and my experience was absolutely great. Chet and Simon were extremely nice and very easy to work with. They did not make buying process difficult at and my experience was absolutely great. Chet and Simon were extremely nice and very easy to work with. Jeremy was great. I was to three other dealerships VW and Toyota and was pleases with the outcome. My only issue was to buy/lease a Jetta Wagon gas or diesel. I'm only commuting 6 miles round trip so I lea Toyota and was pleases with the outcome. My only issue was to buy/lease a Jetta Wagon gas or diesel. I'm only commuting 6 miles round trip so I leased. Could I have gotten the same deal on a diesel wagon? Probably not and Douglas had this car on premises. Still I like the idea of a diesel so keep me in mind. Thanks More

Tito Delgato and VW's Passat TDI are amazing! Tito was fantastic, there was not a lot silly bargaining going on, I gave them the price I thought was fair for the new car as well as my trade in, and we was fantastic, there was not a lot silly bargaining going on, I gave them the price I thought was fair for the new car as well as my trade in, and we quickly agreed to a deal. I thought this was all well and good, then came the delivery. Tito walked my wife and I through all the new gadgets on the car (and there are thousands!!!) spending over an hour explaining how each option worked (coolest has to be the list of diesel stations and what they charge per gallon). From setting up the Bluetooth to operating the nav system (just a few features my last car didn't have) and everything in between. I can honestly say that if you are in the market for a new (and fuel efficient) car, do yourself a favor and pay Tito Delgato at Douglas VW a visit! You will be glad you did!! More
