Bought a CPO and has been in shop 3 times, still broken. I bought a CPO 1 month ago and have had to take it to their service shop 3 times. I brought it in the week after I bought it because of sunroof noise I bought a CPO 1 month ago and have had to take it to their service shop 3 times. I brought it in the week after I bought it because of sunroof noise when opening and closing, because the air smelled moldy when on, and because of a loud shrieking noise heard from the clutch when going into 1st, and revers from neutral. After 3 days, they gave me back the car assuring me everything was fixed. Nothing was fixed! I brought it back to the shop again for the same reasons. After 6 days, I was given back the car. The air conditioning was fixed, but nothing else. I brought it back to the shop AGAIN FOR A 3RD TIME IN 1 MONTH. They kept the car for 2 weekends, over 12 days. Tom said the sound is fixed, it was minor and was normal. I asked him to describe it and tell me what he did, he couldnt answer. He said the sunroof had to be replaced. 2 weeks later, I came to pick up the car. The day I got it back, and everyday since then, I have heard the noise. I recorded it on my phone and I am hearing it 3-5x a day. I called Tom to tell him and his response was, well how is the sunroof? We worked very hard on the sunroof and the noise is normal...No it is not normal. This dealership has only given me a huge headache and they are not fair or trust worthy. I will not be continuing any business with them. They are thieves and are liars. BUYERS BEWARE! More
