We were so happy with the ability to find the exact model and color we wanted at a price that we had hoped to get. The salesman, Bobby MCCall, was such a gentleman and a professional. He was pleasant, but more importantly he was focused on our needs. We were fortunate enough to drive off that afternoon in our new Passat. Bobby made the experience truly enjoyable. What really sold us on the car was the 1.8 Turbo engine that makes for a wonderful driving experience. It's a car with some kick. More

Great sales experience We ended up buying both a Jetta and a TDI. Duncan was very friendly and respectful - as a woman I experienced some dealers who were quite dismissive o We ended up buying both a Jetta and a TDI. Duncan was very friendly and respectful - as a woman I experienced some dealers who were quite dismissive of me, but I never felt that here. He did not push and let us take a TDI for an entire day to test drive it. Although Duncan was very busy on the day we made the purchase, he continuously checked up on us and the purchase went very smoothly. I would recommend him as well as the dealership for being friendly, non-pushy, and reasonable with prices. More
