Craig Nereim won me back to Douglas My wife and I came back to Douglas Jeep because we trust Craig and wanted to work with him again. This is our fourth car we have bought from Craig. To appreciate this review, I need to say that we bought our last two vehicles from a different dealership (my wife really wanted a Ford Expedition). I originally went to Douglas to buy my RAM truck, but left very upset with the way I was treated with the financing. I went to Craig afterward, and he was wonderful, but nothing changed with the financing department. I bought my RAM from a different dealer. The great part of this review is that Craig always stayed in touch with me. He is a really good man. When it came time for me to buy my next vehicle because of a career change (needed a car with better gas mileage) I went back to Craig. He was so great, and I was really happy to work with him again. He found me a car with better gas mileage and a lower payment than my truck. And Banker Tim handled the financing handled the financing the way it should be handled. Thanks Banker Tim. The best part is that my wife and daughters (8 and 4) were there the whole time, and Craig was so good to them. Craig is a great salesman, and an even better human being. More
