David looked at my potential trade and walked it past Dan Mosher, Sales Manager. After a few minutes of negotiations and their overwhelming effort to work with me I decided to purchase a new Grand Cherokee from Douglas. Five stars all the way with these two gentlemen. I would have to give Dave Barth a few more points in making the effort to agree with me on my trade in value. Picked up the car today, Tuesday January 26, 2016 and couldn't be happier. Wonderful courteous service staff I stopped in at this dealership after contacting a closer and larger dealership to me regarding the recalls on our airbags. The service person I spoke with on 2 separate occasions was quite rude and wouldn't help. After being referred to Douglas I stopped in and spoke to Jeramiah Bruner. He was extremely helpful and I was able to schedule the service on the recalls in a short period of time. There was no problem that I didn't have the "paperwork" with me, or anything else except the VIN numbers and the number of the recall. I do know that I will be dealing with Douglas when it comes time for anything else. Extremely courteous and considerate. More

I spoke with many different dealers in the tampa and surrounding areas, but was constantly pushed aside due to people not taking me seriously because I was unable to come right in and be "sold". Then I was put in contact with Dave Barth in new sales who continued to work for me and constantly sent me updates on new trucks that came available that were in my range. My search narrowed down to 2 different trucks so Dave had both trucks waiting for me upfront cleaned and ready for me to look over and choose which one I perferred the day I got in town.
