My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUMMIT This Jeep was a replacement from my older Jeep to a new Jeep. I love the changes in the shifter, I Jeep was in for 6 months service oil change and This Jeep was a replacement from my older Jeep to a new Jeep. I love the changes in the shifter, I Jeep was in for 6 months service oil change and a low tire pressure on one tire. In the past had to deal with (Tim Racco) which I would not recommend any one use. I was very pleasant to find that a New Service Advisor was hired.. JERAMIAH BRUNER what a all around pleasant experience from the call to make the appointment to meeting him and the updates on my new Jeep.. What a change from having to deal with the other person mentioned. Jeramiah Bruner was happy pleasant and knew cars. If you asked a question he had the answer or found it out for you, instead of looking off in space hoping you would just walk away. The service writer was courteous, thorough and attentive, especially when I explained this was my wife's "baby", and aesthetics - meaning cleanliness and operability the FIRST time! - were important to us both. Jeremiah listened and promised the work would be care-taking and professional. We received the car back in less than two days, and everything so far has been to our 100% satisfaction. We just moved here from NC six months ago, but based on this first and blind experience, we will be Douglas Jeep Dodge customers from now on! More
