I came in for service on my leased van. My lease was going to be up soon so I walked in and met Ken. He was very nice and no pressure. I gave him my info and I left. I got a call from Peter, the sales manager, seeing if there was anything he can do. I told him this will be the first time I bought a car from a dealership where I didn't know anyone. He was really nice and we shared some laughs so I set a time for my husband and I to come in. Ken showed us a new van. I really felt that he and Peter went to work for me, getting us a good price and payment. When it wasn’t working out for the new van they showed us a used van that was owned by the dealership owner. Liking it and the terms, we bought the van. We had our three year old with us. Everyone was very nice and even played with her. I felt comfortable and I would recommend Douglas Jeep to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
