I just Traded in my 2011 Dodge Caliber for a new 2013 Dodge Journey and Craig Nereim was my salesman. I have bought my last 4 new vehicles from Craig and all I can say Is Craig is by far the best salesma Dodge Journey and Craig Nereim was my salesman. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he pulled up to the front door with the new vehicle I drove home in. We took it for a test drive and sat down to talk about what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he made it happen. Craig should be voted salsman of the year in my opinion. He is very calm, honest, and does not try to b.s. you. I have delt with other salesman in the past from the local ford dealer that have tried to sell you the most expensive car on the lot and fast talk you to make a sale. My expierence with Craig is the reason I keep coming back to Douglas Jeep. I have told all my family and friends about Craig and your dealership and the positive expierences I have had there. Douglas Jeep does all the service on my vehicles and they know my wife my son and myself from bringing our cars there for oil changes. While I was signing the final sale papers with Zach Craig took the time to go over all the cars features with my wife. Zach did a great job with the finance part of the deal by explaining my warranty options and closing the sale in a timely manner.
